Arrange Your Visit
Visitors and parents need a specific purpose, prior approval or a scheduled appointment to enter the building. Office staff can often address a need without admitting a visitor. Former students and families should arrange visits with staff rather than arriving unannounced.
Students younger than 18 who visit siblings must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or another adult listed as an approved contact in Infinite Campus.
Check In and Out
All exterior doors, including the main entrance, remain locked. Present photo identification and explain the purpose of your visit before checking in at the office.
Sign in when entering.
Wear the Raptor-issued visitor badge.
Sign out before leaving.
During an Emergency
Follow staff instructions and posted evacuation routes. If an alarm sounds while you are with a student, join the nearest group and follow its procedure rather than returning to the classroom. Do not leave the student unattended.
Volunteering
Volunteers must receive district approval and complete a brief school orientation. See Volunteering and Volunteer Guidelines for application, scheduling and expectations.
